  • The painting MUST be packaged with enough padding
  • The correct freezer paper kind of paper with waxy side touching the painting and padded with non-stick foam, and excessive bubble wrap used
  • Returned in the same box that it was shipped in
  • Return shipping and insurance paid for by the customer
  • The painting must not be damaged upon arrival
 
If you can, take a video of the way the packaging went together when you get it, so that the painting will be protected from damage not only if you want to return it, but if you have to move the painting to another destination. It is advised that you keep the box it came in, as you are also paying for it in the costs of everything added up to make you a great painting.
 
Do NOT use any kind of paper, rumpled paper, air bags, newspaper in packaging your return painting. Paper sticks to the painting when held there & ruins the painting. The painting must be in the perfect shape to sell again. Please pack with only freezer paper with waxy side touching the painting.
